What This Service Does

The service is a practice tool for couples preparing for visa or relationship interviews. It allows two partners to answer questions separately and receive comparison results.

The service is not affiliated with any government authority and does not guarantee any interview outcome.

Advertising And Analytics Data

Where enabled, we may use third-party analytics or advertising tools to measure visits, understand which pages or actions lead to session creation or results views, and evaluate the effectiveness of ads.

We do not intend to send the free-text answers you submit in training sessions to advertising platforms for ad targeting. Advertising and analytics events are intended to be limited to high-level activity such as page views, button clicks, session creation, and results views.

Human Review

Information stored in the database, including raw answers, may be reviewed by authorized humans for purposes such as support, debugging, abuse prevention, service quality review, and product improvement.

Improvement Use Is Required To Use The Service

Use of this service requires agreement that submitted answers and related session information may be used to operate, review, and improve the service.

If you do not agree to this use, you should not use the service.

Is Providing Information Mandatory?

You are not legally required to provide information to us. However, some information is necessary for the service to work. If you do not provide required information, you may not be able to use the service.

How Long We Keep Information

Session data, including partner names, answers, results, and session feedback, is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service, and as allowed or required by applicable law.

Account, couple, invitation, saved-session, and reminder records are kept as reasonably needed to provide the account features. If you delete your account or remove a couple, related account access may be removed or disconnected, but some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or service integrity.

Technical logs and analytics records may be retained for a shorter or longer period as reasonably needed for security, system integrity, troubleshooting, and measurement.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, infrastructure, analytics, advertising, and AI-processing providers.

  • Supabase
  • Google, when you choose Google sign-in
  • Brevo, for transactional emails such as OTP delivery, invitations, and reminders
  • OpenAI
  • Analytics and advertising providers
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, court order, or to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service.

International Transfer

Because some of our service providers or infrastructure may be located outside Israel, information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside Israel.

By using the service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Session Links And Access

This service uses session-based links and identifiers. Anyone who has the relevant session link may be able to access that session content, depending on the part of the flow they open.

You are responsible for keeping your session link private if you do not want others to access it.

If you use personal accounts, saved shared sessions may be visible to both partners in the couple account. Removing a shared saved session removes it from both partners' account views, although a direct results link may still work if it was saved elsewhere.

Your Rights And Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to information relating to you, and may request correction or deletion of information.

For account users, we may use your account email to locate account-related records. For sessions used without an account, we may only be able to locate and process your request if you provide the relevant session link, session ID, or other information that allows us to reliably identify the session.

If we cannot reliably identify the relevant data, we may not be able to fulfill the request.

You can send privacy-related requests to privacy@quiza-visa.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is not intended for children. If you believe a child submitted personal information through the service, contact us at privacy@quiza-visa.com.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
