These Beta Terms apply to your use of Quiza Visa, a practice tool for couples preparing for visa or relationship interviews.

By using Quiza Visa, you agree to these Beta Terms.

Quiza Visa is a training tool that helps two partners practice interview-style questions separately and compare their answers afterward. It may also offer optional personal accounts, couple accounts, saved sessions, insights, and reminder features.

Quiza Visa is provided for practice purposes only. It is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body.

Quiza Visa is currently offered as a beta service. This means parts of the service may change, may contain bugs, may be unavailable from time to time, or may stop working without notice.

Questions, comparison results, and other features may be updated, removed, or changed at any time.

Quiza Visa is a preparation tool only. It does not guarantee any visa, interview, or immigration outcome.

The questions shown in Quiza Visa may differ from questions asked in a real interview. Comparison results are provided as a practice aid and should not be treated as official, definitive, or error-free.

Saved sessions, insights, reminders, account access, email delivery, and third-party sign-in services may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or changed during the beta.

You are responsible for how you use the service and for what you choose to submit.

Do not enter highly sensitive personal information into Quiza Visa, including passport numbers, ID numbers, financial details, medical information, or confidential legal documents.

Quiza Visa works through session links. Anyone with a session link may be able to access the relevant session content.

You are responsible for sharing session links only with the person you intend to share them with.

If you create a couple account or invite a partner, you are responsible for entering the intended partner's email address correctly and for inviting only the person you intend to connect with.

Shared saved sessions belong to the couple account. Removing a shared saved session removes it from both partners' account views, although a direct results link may still work if saved elsewhere.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the service
• try to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service except where the law clearly allows it
• submit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content

Guest access may be limited by daily session caps, available practice options, and other product limits. Registered account users may receive higher limits and access to account features such as saved sessions, shared couple sessions, insights, and reminders.

Quiza Visa may apply rate limits, captcha or similar checks, temporary restrictions, or other abuse-prevention measures to protect the service.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, Quiza Visa may use them to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.

Your use of Quiza Visa is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how account data, session data, answers, feedback, reminders, authentication data, and technical information are collected and used.

Quiza Visa may suspend, restrict, modify, or stop the beta service at any time, with or without notice. This includes personal accounts, couple accounts, saved sessions, insights, reminders, and sign-in options.

Quiza Visa is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not promise that the service will always be available, accurate, complete, secure, or free of bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quiza Visa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

These Beta Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
